As Dan Rather once said: “The dream begins with a teacher who believes in you, who tugs and pushes you, and leads you to the next plateau.”
The assistance and support you have given me over this short period has helped me tremendously and enabled me to reach a level I never anticipated.  Initially I was disheartened and didn’t believe that I could achieve what I now have.  Although your arms were full, you still managed to accommodate me, and for this I am sincerely grateful.
Thank you so much, and I wish you the best of luck.

Thank you so much for all your help throughout the year!  I appreciate it so much, without your help I would not have come this far!  Thank you for all your support, it means so much to me!

After attending Maths not Squiggles for 8 years, it has always proven to be a positive and stimulating learning environment.  Sia has greatly assisted me to hone in on my weakness, not allowing me to move on until a full understanding has developed.  Doing extension maths provided a slight challenge, however, Sia has assisted in providing a solid platform to apply myself to the challenge at hand.  Overall, through the twin pillars of determination and quality teaching, Maths not Squiggles has been a vital asset throughout my schooling life, particularly the HSC.

I started attending Maths not Squiggles in 2005 when I was in Year 12 for 2 unit maths.  I was in a group of 2 being taught by Sia.  Sia was very helpful and patient, as she would go through any class work slowly which I didn’t understand.  Closer to the HSC she provided us with past HSC papers which helped me immensely prepare for the HSC.  Overall, I enjoyed going to tutoring because it was a relaxing environment where I could ask questions confidently.  Sia explained problems very clearly and helped in every way she could.

WHAT OUR PARENTS THINK.....

My two children took maths lessons with Maths Not Squiggles for around 12 months. In that time, my daughter advanced from being consistently below average in her class to an A student. What she needed was a pleasant environment where someone could focus on her areas of difficulty and explain clearly how it all worked! My son needed to raise his maths marks from average to an A as he is in a selective school, which he did too. I would especially recommend Maths Not Squiggles for children who are not too keen on doing extra tuition as Sia and her team make the lessons relaxed and friendly.

I have been bringing my daughter (8) to Maths Not Squiggles for 12 months and have seen a remarkable improvement in her confidence when she does her maths homework. Giorgia’s teachers have commented on her progress and now when she has free time asks me to jump on my computer to play Mathematics games. Thanks, you make it so easy.

I would struggle to do kids homework in the afternoons with all the distractions i.e. preparing dinner, afternoon sports etc and would feel really guilty every morning especially when I still hadn’t finished home readers. Maths not Squiggles junior program gives me a qualified teacher that can focus on my child’s Maths & English every day. Now when I get a chance to help Tiana we have lots of fun. I’m the cool mum.
